'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion' which released three years ago broke several box office records and is still ruling several charts to date. The S. S. Rajamouli directorial which starred the likes of Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah and others was one of the most anticipated films of 2017 as the answer over 'Why Kattappa killed Baahubali' was going to be answered.

Highest First Week collection
The Hindi version of the film went on to earn Rs 246.47 crore in the first week and surpassed the previous record of Rs 192.38 crore by Aamir Khan's 'Dangal'. The film which was the most anticipated film of 2017 still dominates several box office charts as no film has managed to go surpass it.
Top worldwide grosser of all time
The Prabhas and Rana Daggubati starrer is still the highest worldwide grosser of all time with a total of Rs 801.61 followed by Aamir Khan's 'Dangal' which has Rs 702.47 crore. While Rs 708.99 crore came from the Indian market, the film managed to collect Rs 92.62 crore from overseas markets.
The highest-grossing film in India across all languages
Prabhas starrer 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion' not only created several records with its Hindi versions but the film went on to earn Rs 708.99 crore in India across all the other languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi) it was released in. The record was previously held by its own predecessor ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’.
Surpassed the Rs 100 crore mark on its opening day
According to a Box Office India report 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion' collected Rs 122.03 crore (cumulative figure of all languages) on its first day itself. While Rs 40.73 crore came from its Hindi version, The remaining Rs 81 crore came in from other regional markets.
Highest first-weekend collection
S. S. Rajamouli's 'Baahubali 2: The Conclusion' also has the highest first-weekend collection of Rs 176.91 crore from all its versions. While the Hindi version of the film earned Rs 127.28 crore, the rest came from its Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada versions.
